I'm Hava, founder of Raised to Flourish, holistic sleep consultant, mom of 2, and your go-to person when sleep feels confusing, frustrating, or just downright exhausting.
If you're looking for a truly responsive approach to sleep that actually works and feels good, you’re in the right place.
Let’s be real: most of the baby sleep advice out there is loud, outdated, and doesn’t take your actual child (or you!) into account. It’s no wonder so many parents find sleep to be the hardest part of parenting.
Maybe you’ve tried the popular “methods” that didn’t sit right... or didn’t work. Maybe you’ve been told you just have to wait it out.
But what if there’s another way?
That’s where I come in.
I help families get better sleep without sleep training, without ignoring your instincts, and without sacrificing connection. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with your own intuition and deep knowledge of your child, because you are the expert on your child.
I believe:
Sleep isn’t one-size-fits-all
Your child is beautifully unique and deserves to be supported as such
You don’t have to choose between “sleep training” or “total chaos”
There is a responsive, respectful middle ground - and it works
We start by getting curious. What’s actually going on with your child’s sleep? What feels off in your day-to-day rhythm? What needs aren’t being met yet?
From there, we make gentle, practical shifts; backed by science and grounded in your values. We don’t ignore cries. We don’t force things that don’t feel right. We take a truly holistic approach, looking at the whole picture so you can get rest and feel good about how you’re supporting your child.
Because this gets to be about more than just sleep. It’s about how your days feel. It’s about finding peace and predictability in a season that often feels like a whirlwind.
What makes this approach different?
Sleep support with me means zooming out to look at the full picture: Your child’s temperament, environment, sensory needs, daily rhythm, and the relationships that matter most. We use science-backed tools and responsive strategies to gently improve sleep in ways that feel sustainable, not stressful.
My background:
I’m a Certified Baby-Led Sleep Specialist (Isla Grace Sleep) and a Certified Child & Family Sleep Specialist (Bebo Mia). I’ve completed extensive continuing education in:

Early years sleep
Over the past 4+ years, I’ve supported hundreds of families through bedtime battles, short naps, false starts, regressions, early wakes, transitions, and everything in between, without ever asking them to give up their instincts.
If you’re ready to feel more rested and more confident, I’d be honored to walk with you.
My approach places an emphasis on parental instincts and a child's cues.
My mission is to help parents find sleep solutions through responsive parenting practices while building connected relationships.
I like to view sleep as a complex puzzle, with each child having their own unique pieces.
The key factors in this puzzle include underlying medical conditions, individual sleep needs, sensory requirements, temperament and personality, birth history, home life, and parental mental health. While there are other factors at play, these are the major ones.
When working with a family, I thoroughly examine their child's characteristics and sleep patterns before addressing these puzzle pieces. Remember, each puzzle is unique, so my recommendations for each family will differ based on their child's individual needs. For some children, addressing underlying medical conditions may be crucial, while for others, addressing sensory needs or temperament might be key.
This diversity is what makes my job exciting and fulfilling, as every family and baby I work with are different, ensuring that it never feels repetitive.
Holistic baby and toddler sleep support means understanding the unique child in front of me and determining what their puzzle looks like, as well as identifying the missing or misaligned pieces that need adjusting, in order to maximize rest and wellbeing for the entire family.
